Description

Paradise is only a few steps away from this newly furnished condo – with floor-to-ceiling windows that boast unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sugar-white sand.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat screen tv.

The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for three and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 and younger from 10 am - 6 pm.

"This property was perfect for us. Short walking distance to most restaurants and shops. The sliding glass doors opened up to give you an awesome view and we could hear the ocean. It had everything we needed to cook our shrimp and crab legs. Quick drive to a Walmart market and to Joe Patti's seafood market. Right on the beach."

"We were in town to visit family but my wife and I also had to work during our stay. The internet was plenty fast thankfully. The property is on the second floor which gave us a great view but was not so high that it made the beach seem far away. The property is on the beach so there was nothing between us and the surf. We spent plenty of time on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves and the view of the beach. Of course, we also spent time at the beach. The white sand and clear water are very nice. There was a nice indoor and outdoor pool as well with plenty of chairs where we relaxed during the evenings. There are several good seafood restaurants within walking distance. The interior decorating and the furniture was up to date and appealing. We cooked several meals which was easy because everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. It was a truly wonderful experience for us. We were there for one week and even though we worked part of the time, it still seemed relaxing to us. We highly recommend it."

"Located right on the Gulf of Mexico on the 2nd floor with a view of the beautiful water where dolphins play! View of the fishing pier, great sunrise location. The spa facility with jacuzzi and heated pools is the bomb. There are wet/dry saunas and a full gymnasium that are grossly under utilized but it is a beautiful place! Everything worked perfectly except the bath whirlpool jets or maybe I didn't know how to use it. No big deal. Great place for a couple and sleeps up to 4 adults including the sleeper sofa abd a little bunk bed for either a shortie or a child. Such a great place located between the big tower and the gulf. Hidden gem within walking distance to everything. Free bikes to use during the day. We had a great time and would def stay again. Thank you!"
