Description

Experience coastal living in its finest state with new, contemporary decor – complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking view of the Gulf.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher.

At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 and younger from 10 am - 6 pm.

Enjoy our 2 pools on the property, including our outdoor pool and our heated indoor pool! The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 years old and younger from 10am-6pm.

You will receive 2 parking passes for your stay.

"This was a last-minute trip and we loved it! The place was great and I’d say even better than the pictures. The pool and beach are right there and so easy to get to. Everything you need is close by as well. Appliances and furniture have definitely been updated and was so nice to relax and have a few days to ourselves. Definitely recommend."

"This is a wonderful, peaceful, comfortable little place. It was clean and cozy. It was even better than I pictured it from the description. It was quiet; we could not hear anyone around us, even when sitting outside. The beach view and sounds were awesome day and evening. The beach access was so easy. And the pool is right next door. The condo is within walking distance of the boardwalk area and restaurants. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out very quick. Communication with the Premier is great, very responsive. I highly recommend staying with Premier and this condo in particular. Thank you."

"My wife and I were both blown away with the Beach club. From the kind and helpful staff to the beautiful views and sounds of the waves crashing all day long. Very clean, washer and dryer both worked good and AC worked great! We would highly recommend and will only be staying at the Beach Club when we do return."

"Would highly recommend Premier. This place was very nice, clean, and private for being right on the beach. It was off-season so very few people were there, but we had people above us and we heard nothing. Every morning was spent on the deck watching the waves. The amenities are amazing, indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, a very nice gym and spa. The kitchen is very nice. They did have some pots and pans, and utensils. Very convenient location. I loved the gated parking."

"It was a gorgeous location and facility! The amenities in the unit were as expected, not fancy but definitely ok for our stay. The views are gorgeous, so close to the beach, staff is super friendly… shout out to housekeeping staff Summer who was especially helpful… when we contacted the owner they were prompt with reply. We would definitely stay again!"
